    Thank you for the review and the advice. I've tried to keep a lot of the baseball stuff to a minimum, but at times, like you said, it's important to the story, or will be. Please bare with me through it and I think the story will be well received by even non-baseball lovers. The coach told Billy the nature of the injury, but Billy expect things to be far worse. Sammy has never been hurt or sick in the past. Just minor stuff. So, Billy was freaking out, so to say. As for Evan, it will all be answered in later chapters.

    Small town cops can be a lot different from the big cities. Sammy possibly had a serious head injury. He'll chat with them. As for Tony and his brother... time tells all tales Thanks for leaving a review, ALL of them means a lot.
