  1. Thank you for suggesting this story. I just finished the chapter and thought before I left for my Dr. appointment I'd write a review for you. I really liked it and look forward to losing myself in this well written tale of adventure and coming of age. Prince Mahai seems to be a very thoughtful boy with the way he thinks of his potential familiar Fabian's well-being first before his own wants and needs. The Gods should shine a light on a boy like this. Good work Tim!

    My Angel My Devil

My Angel My Devil The clock ticks towards one o'clock. I sit and wait silently for the one I love. He said he'd be having dinner down the block, But no where to be found on earth or heaven above. When I look into his eyes, I see a sad angelic face. I ponder why this beautiful boy looks so sad. I wrestle with this thought as back and forth I pace. I resolve within my heart that his love for me is no fad. But still the time moves on and does not stand still. He hasn't returned to me and

    O' My Lake

It's always my hope that anything I do brings a happy memory or becomes an inspiration to the light within us all. Thank you for your review and your insight.

    O' My Lake

You are very kind to a poor country boy who is just looking to share a little of himself in hope that others will do the same. Just like you did here

    O' My Lake

O' My Lake O' my lake that brings my reflections, You are so true and faithful to my direction. For without your enlightenment, I would shudder, Being like a ship without a rudder. Majestically you lie for all to ponder The unlearned and foolish are left to wonder But the wise are washed in your grace, Which gives strength and wisdom in all we face. Balancing on the brink of hope and despair, Scanning to and fro for which would be more fair. I ponder the thought, can one exist wi

    An Intropection

These are some poems I wrote about a time in my life in my mid-teens, that was both painful and scarey for a young boy. I was facing both death and rejection. My grandfather had a lake we would go to and fish. But there were times I would go alone to just think and sort through everything happening in my life. This is my way of saying that if we would just stop and think our way through things, there is no mountain we cannot climb or no goal we cannot reach.
  9. I cannot imagine the pain that brought forth this poem from within your heart and soul. But from what I have seen of you in chat and in words, I feel today you are stronger for it and so am I at your sharing. Thank you!

    Birthday boy

The poem is powerful and sings of hope with each new day. Thank you for sharing a piece of yourself with us. I hope each birthday in the future is filled with love, hope, and joy. *HUGS*
  11. I have to say the Fly, but not the movie. The original black and white The Outer Limits show that I am sure the movie was based on. I didn't see it when it came out, but I was a small kid when I saw the re-run.
  12. Thank you to whoever got this site started. They are some amazing authors here with epic stories.
  13. OMG This story is over 10 years old?
  14. I love this story and I wish the chapters came a little quicker. But I understand when you have so many different yet good stories. Sometimes, I wish I didn't read so fast. I read ALL of GDF in a manner of days. Too much time on my hands I guess. Hopefully you will become really engaged in this story so I can read it all. Time sometimes isn't on our side.
  15. This is my first post on GA, but I have spoken with Comicality through e-mail concerning My Only Escape. GDF is by far my favorite. However, I love all the stories he has written and I have read. But maybe I need to start reading stories of writers that doesn't have so many. So I don't have to wait years to read the ending. This isn't a complaint, just a fact.

    Chapter 26

This is without a doubt one of the top stories on this site. It could be the top story, but being unfinished. sadly cannot be. After 9 months, I'm left to wonder if it ever will be. And that is even sadder.

    Chapter 20

As I have said before, I love this story. I started reading it only a couple of weeks ago a day before chapter 19 was posted. What I wasn't aware of, and I'm not sure this is true, is this story was started 7 years ago? Are only, on average, 3 chapters a year being posted online?
  18. This story had me hooked from the opening paragraph and it has only gotten more interesting, entertaining, and enjoyable as I read more. I can't, but will, wait to see where this story will take us all. One thing I am sure of is, I love this story!!!
