    Charlie is one of the best stories I have read in a long time. I preferred the ending in the epilogue to your first ending. I really dislike a sad ending and the thought that Charlie would just walk out to the street and get in the car with Travis after Derek died is just too much for me.

    I could not agree more. I think short films like this one is very helpful in breaking the isolation of GLBT youth.
