Thanks for reading:) I am working on a sequel, but my work has been really overwhelming lately. By lately, I mean for the last two years. Hopefully I'll find the time soon to write the next part.
-
I'm glad you enjoyed it:) I hope that you've found all the rest of the stories here enjoyable:)
-
I am hoping to, but work keeps getting in my way. I have bits and pieces of what happens next, but it's pretty scattered and plotless at the moment. I'll get there eventually I hope.

Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed the story. It's not the end of Mark's story but it is the end of Viktor as we know him. The vampires in Mark's universe have remarkable healing abilities, but they are not immortal like he is. Too much damage to the brain or the heart, or even their lungs and they can die. And yes he was connected to Mark, and had been drinking his blood, but that doesn't give him Mark's invulnerability, in the same way Mark being connected with him doesn't make Mark as mortal as a vampire. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to your review, for some reason I either didn't get, or forgot that I got an email notifying me of the review. Thank you for reading my story

Haha no, that doesn't offend me. I think it's hilarious too:)

I'm glad you liked it:) not sure what will happen in the next part, but you're not the only one to ask about Jeremy, I guess he was kind of intriguing. The sirens will definitely be in it. I have plans for Scott.

No, it doesn't. I was pretty devastated when I wrote this, I was so mad at Mark for not protecting him better, and Miri too. But he wanted to die, and Viktor gave him that, sort of. I think I'm going to write what happens next to Miri, so maybe some of the stuff that was inconclusive will get sorted there.
-
You and me both:( I don't know why it happened like that. One second we're all set the rescue Miri and rush off into the sunrise and the next I'm killing Viktor. Who I actually like better than Mark.
-
How do you think I feel? I've lived with these two guys in my head for months now and then BAM! now they're both gone:(
-
Haha I know I like that bit too. I never intended for it to be horrific and gory, or rather, the horrific and gory parts were only meant to be so because for Mark they're so normal. He doesn't see that what he's doing is so very wrong, which I think makes their reactions quite amusing at times.

Chapter 15. I screamed until my vocal cords were no longer capable of making sound. Adam found me like that, Miri in tow, still trying to scream. I couldn’t understand what he was saying, but I understood when he grabbed my arm and made me stand up. For a brief second I didn’t want to leave Viktor’s body, but the next second I couldn’t get away from it fast enough. That was not my Viktor. I followed behind him and Miri, who was walking along just as listlessly as me. I don’t know how long we w

Chapter 14. Viktor and I systematically searched the building, killing everyone we found. We seemed to have entered the place where all the guards congregated, and some of them put up a fight, but mostly they were just so surprised that we were able to kill them before they ever even got to say anything. We finally found our way to what looked like medical labs, and at this point the keycard I had stolen stopped working. The guard obviously didn’t have clearance to get into this area. “Shoul

Chapter 13. The sirens gave us a car. Scott’s car to be exact, and he wasn’t very happy about it. At least, he wasn’t until Viktor smiled at him and said thank you, and then the kid kind of melted and didn’t raise any more objections. Not wanting to make the same mistake as last night though, this time I parked the car around two miles away from our target. The Compound was located on the south east shore of a lake around twenty minutes from the city. We parked at an inn on the highway and the

Chapter 12. I led Viktor up the path of a large suburban house. It was just past three in the morning. My plan was to find somewhere he could crash for the day in safety and then we were going to attack the Compound early the next night. I wasn’t completely sure what the best way to go about attacking it was, but that was okay. All I really wanted to do was charge in, grab Miri, and get out. And kill a bunch of people. Maybe torture them a little bit if they’d hurt my girl. That was as far as m

Chapter 11. The guard stares at us in surprise for half a second then his eyes track to his fallen partner and he draws his gun. Viktor goes one way, I go the other, and before he can decide who to aim at my sword is at his throat. I look at him calmly, head slightly tilted. He freezes, gun half raised. “Where is everyone going?” Viktor asks as he takes the man’s gun. The guard swallows and doesn’t answer. I press my sword into his throat, prompting a trickle of blood to drip down along the le

Chapter 10. I ended up taking us to the storage container where I kept the bulk of my weapons and toys. It was possible that we could be found here, but at least we would be well armed. Viktor is still in his sun induced sleep, and will be for at least another hour and a half. I’m trying to decide if I should call Miri and enact our emergency plan. I know they won’t be able to trace this cell phone, and I’d left my regular one at home, but I’m worried that they have Miri’s phone tapped. I frow

This is great, thanks for taking the time to write this out for me

Sort of...at least, I like to think so.

Chapter 9. Jeremy’s eyes went really wide and he took a step back. Viktor immediately straightened from his defensive stance in front of me and began stammering out an apology. “Oh my God, I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to do that, I just saw you reaching for him and I just couldn’t stop myself, I’m not normally so . . . so . . . .” Viktor’s apology comes tumbling from his mouth and my jaw dropped. Why was he apologising? Vampires don’t apologise. “Uh huh. Right,” said Jeremy. He looked past Vik

Chapter 8. Viktor got up and left the room around thirty seconds after I started cleaning up. I picked up my flechettes from the floor, frowning as I checked the blades. I loved flechettes for torture, but they blunted very easily. I went through four with Emma. I cleaned them quickly and put them back into my suitcase with the collar and remote that Viktor and I had used together the night before. I posted a little sticky note the case of the flechettes to remind me when this was all over that

Chapter 7. Viktor doesn’t say it, but I can tell he’s proud of the way I now have Emma cowering and trying to slide down the drain of the tub the whole time we were in the shower. I lean over and remove the ball gag from her mouth and the words spew from her like she can’t control them. “No more please, no more, don’t do it again I’ll tell you everything, I will, please just let me die now,” she babbles in a hoarse voice and Viktor giggles. Honestly, he giggles like a fourteen year old girl.

Well thanks Cia I've posted about half of what I've written on here so far, I would put it all up except I want people to write what they think about each chapter so I can make adjustments if I need to as I go.

The bond thing gets explored more as the story goes on so I'm just going to let you keep reading and figure that bit out as Mark does:)

Chapter 6. I slip out from under Viktor, who tries to hold on to me even in his sleep. I gently push away his reaching hands and pad naked to the bathroom. Emma catches my attention as I relieve myself. She’s awake and is watching me, silent. I flush the toilet, wash my hands and then stand next to the tub, looking down at her. “I know you’re holding out on us because you’re terrified of whoever it is you’re working for,” I say softly. “What you don’t understand Emma, is that what I can do to
