It's nice that CJ had the opportunity to have hist first sexual experience in a safe, and nice environment. Too many people have to do it in the back of their cars, in some remote parking lot. This will be interesting. CJ has strong opinions about homosexuality, as he has already shown, and working for a very conservative senator, that is against gay marriage, hmmm, I see many possible points of conflict there. Could make an interesting story line. I am also a bit concerned about making public of what CJ has done. It's a great thing he did, very courageous, but we don't know who the other guy was. He and his buddies may not like a 15 y.o. boy going public about their beating. Bullies tend to be cowards, and will try to get back to him, and I'm not talking about a fair fight. And by the way, you get the best guest stars! It would have been nice to include that Ben is (sligthly) deaf, it would have given your story even more diversity. Now you just need to include Brendon Ayanbadejo, Chris Kluwe, Hudson Taylor, and David Podcock (he's an Aussie redhead!), and everything will be peaches. Anyway, great job!

That cliff hanger was pure, unadulterated evil Doc should just kick CHIP in the gonads, and be done with it. It's easier to pull out a thorn, even if it hurts, than to let it fester slowly under the skin.

C.J. making friends already. Nice. And seeing his hurt and vulnerability while he was calling his brother, that made him more credible in my eyes, more human. You have made him surprisingly mature for his age. I think that's a difficult balance to keep up. If you like redheads, you should look for the red hot calender. If the red-head of the story looks anything like the Thomas Knight from the calender, you have a reader for life. Oh, and black olives are the best part of a pizza. They have to good ones, of course, not green ones dyed black, ugh! Always read the package to see if the black olives are dyed ones.

You brought Brian Sims on a guest appearance! That is almost too much hotness for one chapter alone. You have shown nicely how the group cares for one another. I like that the story is beginning to gain momentum.

You really make the guys in the story sound hot! I get the vapors only from reading about them. Good job! About CJ, how often have I heard people saying similar things about girls? Of course, girls don't get complimented about their boobs, or six-packs, but they get complimented often enough about what beautiful young women they've become, and how beautiful they look. I admit, at the beginning, all that banter about CJ made me a little bit uncomfortable, but then I thought, from CJ's point of view, they are all old farts; and from the guys point of view, they are having a blast teasing the kid. Sometimes the problem is in our heads, complicating things that are simple.

Most of my stuff at the camp was military grade. It had been given to me as a kind of stress test, you know, me being a klutz and breaking any equipment as soon as I got my hands on it. I swear machines just hate me... well, except Lisa; she just thinks I'm funny. Ha, ha. So in revenge, I let her take care of all that stuff. Anyway, the camp was self sufficient and energy efficient; solar energy, absorbed by the tent's walls, was used for almost everything. I tried hard not to use the ships core

Thanks for coming by! I have been hearing about the confusion I've tried to explain a little bit about what Lisa is in the fourth paragraph, but it looks like I didn't do a good enough job. Lisa is a dæmon, an IA located in Diego's brain. She can communicate with him without speaking, but it's no telepathy. Lisa is not only situated in Diego's brain, she can also communicate with the “net”, and is “in the cloud”, so that she can remotely control everything that is needed. She has access to Diego's senses, and all the sensors around (almost all the gadgets have some kind of sensors and/or chips), but only hears him if he is talking loud or “thinking” to her, so he can keep his thoughts private if he wants to. I will be talking more about Lisa at the end of the first part of the story. The SF in this story is not too out there. But I won't reveal too much, I don't want to spoil anything. Your last question will be answered in the next chapter. P.S. That was an awesome job you did there, with Pour me another.
