I've started to set a new routine for myself this weekend that I'd like to follow.
Out of bed by 9.00-9.30, light breakfast (I need to try oat pancakes instead of industrial cereals) then slipping into sport clothes (those are so comfortable) then by 10 am studying untill 12.30-1pm taking little breaks just to stretch, dance around or whatever. I really enjoy those small breaks of a couple of minutes during which I remind myself to get up from the desk and just go look out the window, dance, enjoy the monent. Light lunch, something easy to prep and time to rest/scrolling social medias or whatever to wind down. 2pm back to studying until 4-5pm when I take a snack (lately I'm obsessed with kinder bars). Then back to a light study session until 7pm. For dinner actually taking the time to cook a nice meal. Dinner in front of the TV then stretching/yoga (feels good after spending so much time sitting at the desk also a nice way to just take a calm moment to reflect on the day). A fresh shower before jumping into bed by 10-10.30pm to listen to some podcast/vlog.
I also prep a jug of infused water to drink during the day otherwise I don't drink enough or tend to go for syrups or juices. Not sure how long I'll last but setting goals and a strict schedule helps motivated myself otherwise I could just spend the day in bed/couch reading the day away
