    Synopsis: A man is driving along an old secondary road in the rain whenhe comes across a young boy, a teen. The man is ex-military, possibly SEALS or CIA. He discovers the boy was physically abused. He needs a home. The man sails or boats in to the Florida keys. The man has many friends, some lawyers, and somehow adopts the boy.
