Second, each body is different and respond to different factors. Third, there are little things you can do to stay healthy: eat properly, sleep the minimum required, say NO to stress, do check ups regularly. All in all, take care of yourself.

    I don't think we have to deal with many pests, other than the common rats, which are pests everywhere. But even they have to face their own predators, so Nature finds its balance one way or another. Stray cats and dogs are more of an issue than pests. It saddens and embarrasses the heck out of me to say local authorities seem oblivious to the situation. Or they don't care.
