    thanks rick nothing wrong with early, use your meditation time to get yourself together, find your center, clear your mind from any negativity i find it makes getting good sleep easier

    @Brayon good to hear things are going well @Wayne Gray The Thing was one of those movies i couldn't wait to share with the kids. that's been a good family memory, sharing these as tbey got old enough. @rickproehl sounds like you had a good day! we had some of Phil's award winning brisket for dinner, now just settling in for the night i'll be around though

    sounds fun! one kid picked up, one delivered to work, groceries picked up, breakfasts prepped, laundry almost done, & i had a nap. getting up early intentionally has it's perks

    so, what i'm seeing is that there was a lot to say in TC4 sounds very productive A! and naming stories and chapters? a talent above and beyond authoring stories.

    afternoon Sirs and friends so...i have something i want to share Phil has been gone since yesterday He was invited to join His office's BBQ team for the City Olympics. it's an every year thing, but He'd not been able to participate for one reason or another until this year. the team left the office about 3:30 yesterday afternoon for the venue, to set up and whatnot. they had a pop up canopy, lawn chairs, food and snacks for the night. they started cooking at 3AM, (briskets, ribs, pork butts) there were judges there and everything to make sure no one started early. He's sent me a few pics of the pit and the food. well, i just heard from Him. THEY WON! this girl is so proud!
