Hope everyone is having a great weekend. It's been a pretty lazy day for me, was up a bit late and woke up too early cause my damn body clock said it was time for work. Been kinda sleeping at bit on the couch. So that's my exciting weekend adventure.

That’s how it is for me in the spring half the time. We”ll get these heavy Texas thunderstorms in the early morning, and I’ll be driving to work in the dark, with a massive downpour. Then about 10 minutes after I get to work, the rain stops.

Babe, I was aware of the BL genre before you recommended Never Let Me Go. I’d already seen a couple of mid-tier Korean BL movies on Netflix, and I’d already watched Gameboys. Plus I was aware of the manga genre in Japan since, I don’t know, my early 20s. I just wasn’t aware of how big it was in Thailand, or the actual amount coming out of Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam as well. So, thank you ever so much, my beloved Drewbear, for making me slightly more aware. I’m forever grateful to you for recommending a solid B series.

Fun fact about those chains he wore on the A-Team, it literally took him hours to put them all on. Stephen J. Cannell , the producer of the show, was talking with him about that, and was totally aghast at how long he was spending getting ready for filming. The very next day he had them all rigged up to a single hook so he could put them all on at once. Stephen J. Cannell was a super nice guy by the way (and forgive my tangent) I met him once, he used to make Dallas a regular stop on his book tours. He had all kinds of really interesting stories about his working in television in the 60's thru the 80's. I'd been reading a book series he wrote and took the opportunity to go see him. Pretty lucky also, cause unfortunately he died just over a year after that.
