    Terry, I wouldn’t consider the BLs I’ve been watching as a 1-for-1 comparison with American soaps. Foremost because they’re limited series, with an end point, and a more consistent plot. Also, a lot of the acting is better. Plus, for me the product placement is almost as entertaining as the show. You can’t beat Porsche taking a “half time” rest in the middle of an underground boxing free for all, just to get refreshed with a Peppermint Fields Black Inhaler.
