We waited until it was close to supper when the chefs made turkey sandwiches followed by pie and ice cream. For supper, this was more than enough. I laughed as the boys flopped down where ever they could find space. “Dad, we’re going to go to bed.” I walked to the chalets with them. Thanksgiving in Canada was first observed in 1879. It became official in 1957 as a day for giving thanks for a bountiful harvest. As for Boxing Day I thought it had something to do with gifts to the servants. Someone from England can answer that one.

The cabin and chalets are for the Academy boys, only. There may be a few exceptions with those college students who have advanced to the College.

Yes Anton is happy and sis his grandmother. He is totally healed and can walk as well as anyone.
