Adam looked at two choices, 1. do nothing and let the baby starve and become a mental cripple or 2. find a home for the baby. The fault lies at the feet of Ann's parents. There is no way Adam was going to let that baby pay for the sins of his mother. the real father and his grandparents. Bobby may be adopted by Billy but he will be raised in the home of his new grandparents. What would you do if you were in Adam's place.

I don't know how any one could see a child let alone a baby suffer when they could help. Ann may not have realized that when she first named Billy as the father, she was prophetic

Bobby may never know his real father but the father he will know will love him and guide him in his future, Billy has a heart and a good friend in Uncle Adam

That evening sitting around the fire, we didn’t have enough graham crackers for Smores but the boys toasted marshmallows. I should say they burned marshmallows. The lake is okay. It has never been fished much so in reality there are plenty of fish. Actually, removing some of the fish helps. There is less competition for food.

With the boys at the camp. a shot would raise the hair on Adam's arms. The thought of someone shooting on his property is scary

I don't know what kind of husband/father he was before he lost his job although he lost his job because he was intoxicated a lot of time. Usually people who think they can find they can find an answer in a bottle never realize the problem is within themselves and until they recognize that, alcohol and drugs do not resolve their issues.

I think their Mom is going to stay at the cabin as a caretaker. I have a feeling the boys are in line for school. Hans will have to beef up security , no question about that

restocking might not be a bad idea. Bass and trout might be a good fish for restocking

It was actually a little scary. The boys could be a prime target for someone from their home country who had a grudge. If I was Adam I would be scared as well. He came though one attempt on his life, is this another?

The boys all sat around the fire, “Tomorrow we need to go to the store for marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate bars. I have to introduce them to Smores.” “While you are running around, look for twigs. Maybe Hans can go and get some.” “While I am running maybe you can tell Hans and then show him what to get. Yes he is. Love of parents, love of friends and love of the boys and people he meets.

The staff were picked because they loved what they were doing, teching. Adam gave them his book which they read. He allowed them more teaching time by setting up the test center. He paid them what they should have been paid. He has treated them with respect and as a colleague. They are as loyal to him as the Knights are. And with the staff apartments which will allow their families to live with them, they smile every time they see him.

They managed but I wouldn't be surprised if the kitchen isn't enlarged by the next time the boys all visit. I see a great room where the kitchen and living room was located.

The buses will have their maiden voyage. I can see five buses in a row heading to the cabin. I'm sure people looked and wonder what it was all about

My guess that freezer is going to be full even after they leave. Thinking about the boys who had never been there. What a great time they will have.
