The bestowing of a nickname, assuming it isn't a demeaning one, is a way children relate to adults. It is a form of saying 'let's be friends' while still showing respect

I'm sure that will be a part of the financial review at the end of the year and in the final report and it will also be included in the budget for the coming year. Being in a rather remote area it's a wonder that they didn't have a security force on the premise.

Those bonds will last a lifetime. Think of a future, when a king, president, or someone in a high political position can pick up the phone, call one of the boys, speaking as a brother , and solve an International problem. The Idea of the Academy is priceless and with Adam there, the bonds become a brotherhood.

I woke to the first alarm, I felt great. A glass of orange juice, a run with the boys teasing me. I felt I was off to a great day. Walking into the office, I saw one of my boys leaving at a very face pace. “James, what was Gene doing here?” “He asked when you were coming, I told him you should be here soon, when he saw you he took off.” That was perplexing. Man has two holes, one is for words of wisdom and the other is for those that would have trouble saying anything good. The trustees (but not all, there is one devotee of Adam) are more use to using the other hole where no good comes from

Yes, I think it would not only be ethical but smart as well. Hans will bring a crew on board and they will not only keep Gerry safe but all of the boys. I wonder how many other boys have a background like Gerry

On the way home, sitting on the plane, “Hans, I’m very concerned about security after what has happened. The school isn’t designed for the high level of security we’ll need now. I’m afraid that once someone finds out where Gerry is, attempts will be made and once they find out who the other students are, it’ll be worse. The woman is evil and I know she wanted to rule, but Adam's devotion to the boys saved Gerry and teh kingdom from a wicked woman. I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of her.

I am sorry I made you cry. With the devotion that Adam has earned, it would be natural for him to accept this role in Gerry's life. You can be assured any decisions Adam makes will be in the interest of Gerry and his people. I would guess that Adam and Gerry discuss everything.

There was a author who did this in all of his stories. Spent a long time laying. the ground work and then BOOM out of no where he would spring a surprise. I learned from him. Gerry and Adam are back at the Academy.
