Adam is the type of man that when he believes in something, he will fight for it. He strongly believes that Billy is Olympic material and will see that Billy runs in the Olympics. He believes in the Academy and it's future roll in the world of politics. With those strong beliefs he will fight those who want to destroy those beliefs.

Adam is determined to prove Billy is Olympic material. If Adam has his way, he will make sure Billy is ready. With those chalets finished, Adam will need a way to transport those boys.

The sad part is that the children are the ones who suffer. Under that type of management, in industry, the individual finds another job, the company loses a valuable talent and now has to replace that individual, at a cost for recruitment and training. In the educational field, movement is less available. I think you all handled that appropriately, but I bet he never learned or changed his style.

I also read a lot about King Arthur, and maybe that is why I have incorporated much of his 'history' in this story. I think that it should be mandatory reading in primary classes. Pomposity isn't relegated to the old, there are young men who feel, for some strange reason. that they not only know everything but they expect you to agree.

I have eaten at that restaurant and then I found out where they sourced some of their food. I want to that shop, bought their salami, cheese and pasta. Cooked it at home, it was close but not quite the same. I didn't have an Italian cooking

With all of the roadblocks that have been thrown in front of Adam, I have a feeling that this first seminar will prove to be a challenge for him.

Adam gave seminars at his university before he accepted the job at teh Academy. So he shouldn't have any problems with this seminar.
