I slept late on New Year's day, I wasn’t in a hurry to get up. Bobby had a different view. I heard the pounding on my door. “I forgot my key. I came over to help you clean up. Looks like you can use help to make breakfast as well.” He thought that was funny. I, reluctantly, went and showered, dressed for the day. I would guess at first she didn't believe him or wanted to believe Mark. I think she began to understand when she realized that Mark was visiting more than usual. When faced with the facts it's hard to deny them. I don't think we will see much of Mark, if Robert has anything to do with it. Something about burying your head in sand and blocking your ears, was her problem. Robert showed her the clay feet to her idol of brother

Yep. this couldn't hide any longer. Chaz got the father and Bobby together, story told, mother unwilling to accept, blow out, and now Mark is gone, peace once again. Maybe, we shall see if Mark gets his true justice

Bobby is a good kid. He appreciates what Chaz has done for him. Because of Chaz's parents and his involvement with them, particularly Chaz's dad, I think Bobby looks to Chaz as a brother he never had. Chaz looks at Bobby as a son he will never have. Not all relationships need to be blood relationships.

The next morning, I made my run, stopping at the coffee shop and heading to the cottage. When I arrived at the cottage, Bobby had breakfast ready. “I have a noon flight. I think Bobby's mother is the one who will have to make a choice. If she stays, Mark is a lost relative, if she leaves then Mark must contend with that

I agree, if he is still there my foot would leave a mark.

Chaz certainly didn't want to see Bobby disenfranchise himself from his family over Mark. Encouraging Robert to chat with Bobby was the right thing to do.

I expect after Bobby and his dad had a chat, there will be a riot act at home. Maybe between dad and mom.

I was glad Bobby and his dfad had a talk. I don' think his dad knew what went on in New York but I'll bet now he does.

Bobby has a decision to make but his talk with his father will lead to a fight at home. Maybe that will clear the air and allow Bobby to feel better about staying home.

I prefer the variety, coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. Drank mostly coffee growing up then when I began traveling the world, I started to drink tea. I stay away from the colas, not much of a cola drinker. So enjoy your coffee, I think I'll make myself a cup.

I always heard that brown eggs were better than white eggs. The majority of eggs produced are white from those chickens in jail. Brown eggs are a little more expensive I guess because not many farmers raise those chickens. Not only are free range healthier they are free of some of the drugs that caged chicken growers use.

I watched as Bobby got the grill out, cleaned it up, and started to grill the chicken. I opened a box of frozen fries, placed them on a sheet, and popped them in the oven. The salad was easy, I used a mix that I bought and just needed to add dressing. Before we sat down to eat, I refilled our wine glass.
