    Chapter 9

Read my next chapter, that might help you to cleanse your non-mathmatic mind

    Chapter 9

Yes, when they accomplish something they previous thought you couldn't do it. Applying mathmatetics to real life situations brings home the importance of math in our everyday lives. Good job. a real Adam.

    Chapter 9

How could anyone hate math? We use it all of the time. Now if x represented straight boys and y represented gay boys, you might have enjoyed it if the equation, when solved, gave the gay boys an edge.

    Chapter 9

Algebra, for some reason, is feared by most students. With the right teacher, it can be fun.

    Chapter 15

Do you think the boys would care? They are so much in love and those who they consider friends and family, don't mind them showing their affection

    Chapter 12

I think the first time should be a commitment and something that shouldn't be a spur of the moment thing

    Chapter 9

Lunch was fun as I would question Billy about his book. When we returned to the hotel room, he was back on the sofa. “Billy, I need to meet with another student. You can come along or stay here.” “Can I bring my book?” “Sure, you might like this student as well, it’s a pretty girl.” He didn’t seem too excited but we’ll see. I drove to Ellen’s home, she was having problems with math. “Hello Ellen, I brought a friend with me if that’s ok? His name is Billy and he’s the son of a

    Chapter 8

The development of the early inhabitants of the North, Central and South America is a fascinating study. Recognizing that they came from Europe and then spread out, the civilizations of these people varied quite a bit. Most boys in America have played cowboy and Indians. I think Adam will find someone that will tickle his fancy.

Yep, you are right, that special click of a young man when something makes sense.

Kev, I'll let you answer this or comment on it

    Chapter 8

probably, but classes of 45 or 55 minutes are too short. Questions by students don't get answered, explanations are short and generally not developed sufficiently to understand what, why or who as it relates to the subject. Adam is right, teachers teach to a schedule. They have no choice

    Chapter 8

You are right Unfortunately. Today we see it between Israel and Palestine. It seems that teh strong always sort out the weak and then want to strut. We see it in schools with bullies, we see it in commerce.

    Chapter 8

You are right, in my opinion, the Trail of Tears is the most inhuman action that the Americans ever did. When you think how the natives invited the pilgrims, the solidarity at that first Thanksgiving unfortunately didn't last long. Greed a terrible word

    Chapter 8

I always liked history but unfortunately history seems to repeat it self and I guess if humanity doesn't change, it will continue to repeat itself. Different. actors but the same issues

    Chapter 8

I agree we do teach to a test, and that is the number one problem with education. We focus on test scores rather than developing a students interest in learning
  17. CLJobe

    Chapter 8

I'm always interested in what turns a kid on. Billy's interest in history is an example.

    Chapter 7

It will happen, Bill and Billy. wait for it. Adam recognizes the problem. When you talk to someone you are looking them in the eye and the similarity of names escapes you until you decided to record your converstation

    Chapter 8

"I’ve got to meet with some people and I think you’ll enjoy meeting them.” I drove to the local high school to meet with one of the boys who was having difficulty with his history classes. The irony is the boy liked history and once he understood it, he never forgot it. His problem was turning academic verbose into an action. “Billy this is Jim, Jim this is Billy the son of a close friend of mine who is spending the day with me.” The boys acknowledge each other. “Jim, where’s your book

He is, I think there will come a day when those who made fun of his workout will brag about knowing him, if Adam has his way and Billy enters the Olympics
