Buz, if I may call you by your first name, I never get upset or angry at comments on my stories. They in a way are educating me on what and how my readers react. I look forward to your comments, so keep them coming and make sure your comments are honestly reflecting your thoughts. I can't travel anymore, but I would have loved to travel and meet you. I could teach you how to cook, it would have to be Italian, if that is okay. A roundtable discussion of a story by commentators would be fantastic, but I'm afraid I couldn't keep my mouth shut. For that reason, I'll keep reading and sharing through my stories. Keep well, my friend.

Be glad they don't serve you what they serve the animals. On the other hand, maybe they think that all of the visitors are animals. I will give you that they aren't gourmet. And everything at a zoo is expensive, animals eat free and their food can be expensive, someone has to pay.

Sometime we think complex when it really is simple. There are two dishes you need to conquer, making soup and making stews. These aren't complicated. And they are so forgiving. Don't give up. Get a book. Cooking for Beginners. BTW- 59 is young compared to this 80+ guy

I probably drag the story out with the short chapters. Each chapter is built around a concept or thought. Maybe I should increase the word count in each chapter, I'll think about it but I'm not promising.

Breakfast for me is the best meal of the day. The coffee was extra good; the omelets were loaded with cheese and turkey sausage crumbles. I had two; Alex said I needed to go and see the doctor. We laughed; I knew I was home, and all would be okay. I wondered how Steven was able to get the boys’ sizes so fast. It seems he had a stack of clothing in his room, all the sizes the boys wore. Yes, that was about the price, of course, that was in the 70's etc. I'm assuming that the 1000 dollars included a contribution to the library, tax deductible in the USA. I think I'm going to make a trip to the library, as soon as the COVID 19 is under control.
