    Chapter 1

Thanks Kev, unfortunately you are right. I know several gay couples that would love to be in these men's shoes. Religious bigots would rather see a child die, or be placed in a loveless home than see them in a gay home where there is love. You touched on one of my pet peeves,

    Chapter 2

That evening as I lay in bed with Chad, “Do you remember what we were talking about the other day when it was snowing? I never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d be looking at a family and sharing Christmas. I thought that the snow held a promise of a better day, and I think that this is that promise.” I snuggled into Chad and knew that our lovemaking tonight was going to be special. It always has been great, but tonight it was magical. Our love couldn’t be contained. It was 2 am when I f

    Chapter 1

Troy and Chad talked about adopting before they met Father James, was it coincidence that Father James asked them to include the children or was it a higher power giving. Father James a push in the right direction.

    Chapter 58

If only God could. God works through Man, when Man realizes the injustice that these boys endure, then and only then will the problem be solved. We can help now by supporting organizations that cater to these boys.

    Chapter 1

I watched the snow gently falling on the white carpet that was already covering the ground. The snow fell as if it was dancing, lightly twirling as the wind kissed each flake as it fell. I was mesmerized by the snow, and my thoughts began to drift as I thought of all the snowfalls I have experienced since I was a boy. I was lost in my thoughts, when I felt the arms of my husband, Troy, wrap them around my waist with his chin resting on my shoulder. “It’s beautiful, isn’t it? I always like th

    Prologue

Life is a mystery, we never know which way it turns. For some, it leads to heartache, to others it leads to bliss. The road isn’t straight, and as we walk that road we come to unexpected twists or turns. Troy and Chad are about to discover a side road.

    Chapter 58

If we could perhaps take in one boy, we would be a better place. There will always be boys on the street as long as there are parents who believe in hate instead of love. Those churches that preach this hate, are responsible.

    Chapter 58

Thank you, you are most kind. Stories always have a end and no matter how we hate to see it when we are into a good story, it must follow the rule of life. I couldn't continue this story, it would have become repetitive.

    Chapter 58

Thank you Donna. Writing these stories are emotional for me. Even though I know this is fiction, my eyes still glisten as I read them while I post the chapters. When ever a bit of truth is injected in a story, that bit of truth brings tears to my eyes. No matter how many times, I have read this story. The response from my readers was worth more than any money I could have made by publishing this story.

    Chapter 58

It took me four days to finish reading that book. I was amazed at what he accomplished. Taking another tour of the house, I could visualize the boys. I never realized that there were people like Carleton. Yes, I felt comfortable calling him Carleton after reading his book. It was early the next morning when Steven came for a visit. “Robert, I think you have finished the book, right?” “Yes, Steven, I have finished. Your father was quite the man. I don’t know if you will find a person to t

Your welcome. Time has a limit, and this story was about a man with a heart and a mission. When that man leaves this plane, then he takes his story with him.
