As a young man, bowling was an acceptable activity for dates. I did alright on the large pins but the duck pins where more of a challenge. I gave up when my 78 year old grandmother beat me.

I finally convince my Mom and Dad to move into the house next to the gallery. Mom was all for it, Dad wasn’t. The usual comments, what are we going to do with our home, think about our friends. I don't remember ever having a bought costume, usually was old clothes or your parents old clothes. The allure of customer now seems the way. When I was in Europe, I had a halloween party. At first they thought I was crazy, but once they got into it, they now have it every year.

Halloween, the boys and their friends went door to door. About one hour later, they came home. “Are you done?” “Yes, it isn’t fun. I don’t know what normality is, I thought I did but when I became involved with the boys in high school, I founded out that my life and family weren’t normal. This was the first time we joined the Parent-Teachers Association, At our first meeting, everyone was welcoming us until we were introduced by the president. The club holds many memories for them. Talks in the Roof garden, the bonding of the shared bedroom, the many uncles who catered to them, all of these memories will be hard to forget. Armand isn't ready to put them in the past and neither are the boys
