If I thought I could get the same as Armand for a roof garden, I would have built one everywhere I lived. But alas, this exists only in my dreams. Colin is a very appreciative young man. They re shooting for July opening. Let's hope they make it.

The idea of a party for the workers is a stroke of genius. They were well paid I'm sure but they were the guests of honor at this reopening party. I'm sure Armand and Colin gained a lot of goodwill from this party.

For the next several days, Mary took charge of the carpet and restaurant supply Managers. The did make a trip, Mary had the restaurant manager sketch out a proposed layout. The club had small bathrooms. Colin had the same thought when Armand was going to identify a men and women bathroom. Armand thought about it and reminded Colin of the bathrooms on their air flights. Colin wasn't sure about just two, Armand told him there was space for. third unit but he wanted to see if it was needed.

I would bet Armand has help from a certain grandmother. Most business men and women are willing to help. after all it's business and there is one fact that many people will deny, but a buyer who is willing to listen, has a clear idea of what they want, has a pleasant attitude and is ready to accept recommendations will get exactly what they need.

Exactly and since they are identical, they are not gender specific. Think airline rest rooms.

A private club. And the building is within walking distance of Yale. It was an old apartment building that Colin bought. The bathrooms will have all of the necessary equipment. Don't be confused with bathrooms that have a big mirror, plenty of room for the ladies to chat, etc. men's room with an attendant. The airline styles bathroom will meet code.

There are two bathrooms the same number as the original club. If you have ever flown, the size of the bathrooms will be the same as on a plane.

Saturday, we had dinner at Colin’s parents. I brought them up to date on what I had been doing. Mary volunteered to help select the kitchen ware including silverware and dishes. Yes it's the boon of relying on the system doing the autocorrect. I'm back on trying to posy twice a week. mentally I have the story laid out I just need to start writing again.

There is a possibility but using the airline toilet concept it might be able to provide a third rest room. The stairs to the basement might have to be modified.

Yes, most of that will fall on Armand's shoulders. Colin has to go to work with his father.
