    iirc the Ryan and Killian plotline happened off screen in the original story, so thanks for this chapter! Ryan was a boss this chapter though. C'mon, Killian, you gotta take Clark Kent back. (P.S.: I'm glad you're back! I was worried for a bit.)

    I was wondering how you'd redeem Shane, given how awful he was in the first few chapters. Making Donovan understandably a bit prickly + Shane genuinely wanting to do the right thing helps course correct a bit at least (we all know that well-meaning but ignorant/indoctrinated type, and he could be a lot worse). Eager to see AARP and the DONNAS reappear (and is it me or will Shane be whatshishame's mystery grandson? Ahahaha).

    I remember this story from a while back, probably the first series on nifty that truly drew me in, and a great homage to those actions shows in our youth we knew and loved. For any first time readers - you're in for an absolute treat. Know that I adore this story so much, I delurked just to comment. I'm still shook that this is coming back (I don't think much of the setting or tech needs updating?), and eagerly look forward to seeing it progress towards its conclusion.
