Day 3 My whole world changed last night, I feel elated, relief, excited, anxious and about a hundred other emotions and feelings. Lying here I can’t help but drink in every feature of Liam’s face while he’s sleeping. He’s gorgeous, his blonde hair, long eye lashes and his cute mouth, in which becomes sexy when he smiles. He even has a chin dimple that adds to his cheekiness when he smiles. The corner of his mouth curls into a half smile. “Stop it! I can feel you looking at me,” he says with

And all this time I thought Mom and Dad would end up together! ;-) He may not show up, but he will definitely be in discussion again. I won't leave ya hanging.

Day 1 “Will… Will…, wake up!” Liam says quietly while gently rocking my shoulder. I yawn and stretch in my seat, crossing my arms against my chest; smacking my lips together like I’ve eaten too much peanut butter, looking at my surroundings groggily. I can see Denny’s straight ahead out of the windscreen. At this moment my stomach rumbles loudly. “Just in time Dude, I think my stomach is about to start eating itself,” I say through a yawn, exiting the car. Once I’m standing I lift my arms

I'm definitely with you on that one.

The weekend flew by. We slept in on Saturday. Then we went and saw Beth to see how she was doing. This was followed by housework and naughty stuff. Adam dropped by with Remmy in the early afternoon to let us know Richard had been charged. Due back in court first week of February, they had confirmation he is back in Durham, NC. On Sunday morning we went to breakfast and pick Benny up. We missed him too much to leave him at Callen’s any longer. Everyone has decided to go ahead with the horses fo

I hope I do a good enough job for you to wish you are there.

They're in Phoenix, AZ. There isn't anyone in California. And Ms Sands, may just get the travelling bug. We'll see I guess. I also agree with you about travelling long distances. I've had a few urges to install an ejector seat for my husband when we've travelled. Hehehehe!!

The boys are 16 about to turn 17, with unrestricted Kentucky Licences.

I wake the next morning and my entire back half is warm, but my neck felt wet. Liam must have joined me in the middle of the night. He’s a stealthy bastard. I gently turn to find Liam lying up against me quietly crying. I put my arms around him and pull his head to my chest. He tries to move his entire body closer to me, I lie on my side facing him so I can slip my leg between his so he can feel me from head to toe. I keep my crotch away from him, damn morning wood. We lie here awake, as he soft

Mmmm… sleep, I reach over to touch Alex as I’m waking but the bed is cold. I listen for him in the bathroom. Nope not in there. Oh crap! Now I have to go. I get up, pee, put shorts and a shirt on, then check my phone – no messages – and go on the hunt. Oooh! Follow that coffee smell. Entering the kitchen I see Beth reading the paper at the breakfast bar. “Morning Princess, how is ya?” I take my favourite mug and pour myself a coffee. Benny had decorated the mug and given it to me as a present.

Chapter 1 - This Can’t Be Real
Bndmetl commented on Bndmetl's story chapter in Chapter 1 - This Can’t Be Real
Sorry, it was in my head. The boys didn't have their phones and couldn't get hold of the father. She asked the police to inform them. It was in there but I must of got heft with the delete and not noticed, when trying to edit myself. Please except my apologies for the confusion. -
This Can’t Be Real “Hold the paper still so I can tape it straight,” I said frustrated at Liam. “Are you sure this is going to work?” he retorts, trying to hold the paper still. “Of course it will, there you go, all done.” Putting the tape on the counter and the paper sat drooping, on the underneath side of the cabinet just below eye line. “Will, I hope your Dad doesn’t get too pissed off about this,” Liam said chewing on his bottom lip, something he’s done since we we

Two best friends set out on a road trip after the death of one of their Dad's. They develop their already close relationship along the way. What will happen once they get back home.
-
The three of us walk through the glass door to find all our guests have arrived. There were hugs and cheery holiday greetings. I pull Callen tight to me and whisper for him and Jase to meet me in the den in five minutes. I have them sit, as I pace back and forth in front of them. I have to tell them what happened with Cory this morning and I’m nervous that I fucked it up. My stomach is churning I don’t want a bad atmosphere today. I wring my hands together and keep looking at them as I pace. “

It’s the day before Thanksgiving; Alex has gone to pick up all our happy helpers. While he is gone I’m sitting at the table trying to organize his Christmas present. I am getting him new hockey gear and bag. His current gear is from when Jesus lost his skates and falling apart. He refuses to part with any of it. “These are ok for another season.” He says all the time while he is Gaffa taping another piece of equipment together. Thankfully I have just finished paying when I hear him pull up. I q

That is funny. I wish I was that witty. You're not half wrong about ten kids, I think I'd go crazy.

You made me cry, you bugger.

As we are being seated at the restaurant, we could see Callen and Jase walk through the door. I fuss and whip out a baby bib and put it on Benny, who is sitting next to me in his suit. Sooo cute!!! He gives me a filthy look. I kiss his cheek and whisper please in his ear. He shrugs and kisses me back. It’s very Callen to propose this way, quietly at a restaurant with just family. Both are quiet and gentle natured. I think Jase will be happy with this as his proposal. They both like simple, easy

Callen has been home from the hospital a few weeks now. I can’t believe how quickly he recovered. He blew threw his rehab, and back on his home turf within a week of release. He goes back to work tomorrow and he is chomping at the bit to get there. Our relationship is still strained and I think it’s time for me to think about going back to Pensacola. We are sitting down to dinner, and I mention my migration back north. Clearly this does not sit well with Callen. “You don’t need to go back to P

I feel another kick to the guts. I need to keep my wits about me long enough to leave with my dignity intact. Everything is different. I’ve walked into a different world. Jase seems to be the guardian of Cory or is helping his mother out. Alex has a kid who calls him Daddy. Benny leans toward me with his arms out. “I want Poppy.” I bring my arms up for him; he almost jumps into my embrace. Lucky catch, I think! I give him a cuddle and glare at Alex over his head. “Poppy?” “We’ve shown him p

Chapter 7 It’s been nearly a year since I have set foot in Fort Myers, FL. The memory of leaving here feels like a lifetime ago. I spoke with Alex after the incident with Sasha every day on the phone for about a week. It was awkward, strained and we mostly made small talk. He didn’t really mention the venom Sasha had spewed. I didn’t hear from him at all during the following week. I tried to ask Callen what was going on with Alex, but he was evasive and wouldn’t give me any information.

We drive over to Alex’s the next morning, drop off his truck and grab his hockey gear. Alex drives his own truck but I go with Callen. I sit in the back wearing a goofy ear-to-ear grin, asking him questions. I am talking his ear off about anything that comes to mind. We idle in Alex’s driveway while he goes about locking up his truck and house. Throwing his gear in the back, he jumps into the front seat of the cab. As we reverse out of the driveway, Callen punches Alex in the arm. “Ow, what the
