Just wanted to stop in and say ‘Good Afternoon’ work needed to replace my laptop so it gave me 2 hours to kill. so i took advantage of this time. so had lunch in our city park and it felt great. Things are opening up here in town and more people are out. i’m still wearing my mask. So how are you doing? Staying positive. May you have a Good Day

Just wanted to stop in and saying Thank You for all the positive thoughts. i had a talk with a nurse and had a lot of questions answered. like everyone your mind goes to the worse outcomes. she gave me a few web sites and some informational books. so thanks to her i’m in a better mood. Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. Just wanted to stop in and say ‘Good Morning’ when it rains it pours … i have ignored a health challenge and stubborn me had put other people health issues first. It came to a head today and my Doctor gave me the riot act. My blood work came back bad. The blood work shows possible kidney failure. i have a doctors appointment later this week with a Kidney Doctor. Waiting on what they tell me. Staying positive.

tim i have tried the veggie burgers but have not found one that taste good. still looking but we do love the turkey burgers they are good. we did salads for lunch wilted bacon / green onions / romaine lettuce and turkey back and used that as a dressing. It was nice lunch.

here is a trick we used get a small bowl and fill with ice put a coin on top of the ice if when you get back and the coin is frozen in the water you know you had a power outage.

The last week and 1/2 has been rough dealing with a health challenge. things are improving i have surgery coming up (left shoulder sling 4-6 weeks) we tried PT but it didn’t help. Surgery is the only solution. taking it easy. so take care of yourselves. Thanks for being there.

tim you need a laugh. i had a call from a older man man and he was having issue with his Tv Remote. spent 15 minutes and he was using his spare cordless phone and pushing those buttons. he was frustrated because it was working so i had to ask what name was in his remote? He said there was none so i ask to describe it and he said “numbers, cid (caller Id) so i said “i think you have the wrong remote” he said no it was the one he always used. suggested he look again and he had put the tv remote on the cordless phone base. he finally got his tv working.

yes, Michael Sir thanks to a new counselor i have met my challenges head on. they are being dealt with and my guilt / shame. i had given them to much of my time and power Over me. so yes things are starting to look up.
