I hardly ever comment, but sometimes I feel that I must. This is an excellent story. Those of you b*tching and moaning about these two chapters must not be familiar with giving a character a back story. Also, it’s R.Eric’s creation he can write about whatever he wants. I wish I had a quarter of his abilities to create such interesting characters and storylines. I think we’re lucky he wants to share his talents with us. I usually do not comment after reading on this site. However, after the recent posts I feel like adding my 2 cents. I have thoroughly enjoyed this tale since the beginning. I always cannot wait for your next chapter to be posted. I am also surprised by the drop off of readers. Oh well, it is their loss. With regards to Daniel coming out, I thought this was one of, if not the best, chapter you have written so far! I have never tolerated bigotry or intolerance of any kind. I do not understood why people have issues about who another person loves. I know that if I lived in this small Texas town I would have been there cheering for Daniel. One more thing...I need my Maria fix. I get such a kick out of reading what the Princess has to say. I hope she will be in an upcoming chapter.

I like it. If you decide to continue with this story I hope you expand Bill and Eddie’s conversation at the end. I’d like to see more of their feelings for each other expressed.
