Ricky: I think that Com can write so well because he has experienced the emotions. It's the ages old battle of the "haves" and the "have nots' ". Just how are they going to deal with it and not get torn apart by it.

Com: I was right it did get better from the last chapter-- I'm please to see that the battle was won and they stayed together and that the truth was out. I don't care about cousin Jeff. What are they going to do about Tanner's own family? I think it time to come clean-- out of the closet.

C: I've been reading your stories for a while-- got to chapter 431 of The Secret Life of Billy Chase [just want to slap that boy silly], it is a must read-- buy it on E-book. The next just finished was Left Without Words, 9 chapters but could be the next Billy Chase. I love the way Com describes everything down-to-the-T. Makes me part of the story.

I saved my comments until I read the whole story, as far as it is. I sure hope that there will be more. This is a great beginning. I'd love to just see them both come-out to their families and then go to school, the first day, hand-in-hand. I'd also love to Shane get into a Greek language class or, at least, champion the development of the class and culture. Perhaps Shane can work at the restaurant too-- maybe doing home & work deliveries. Having graduated high school in 1975, I never saw or heard anything. Today, it is a whole other world of acceptance. I hope that I have become far more tolerant than my parents would have been then.

Are we really going to have to wait 10 years for the next chapter? This is TOOOOOO GOOOOOD to not continue, when it says "to be continued".

This story needs another chapter. It just stopped without any resolution to the situation. Will they suffer with trying to have a relationship over a distance?
