Well I have just brached out from the high school and college categories into the Adult. I have one posted here and I like have no real restrictions when it comes to Adult characters. They don't have to go to school everyday or deal with teenage angst or even coming out. So there's a more openess for creativity. But anyway, yes there is a place in eFictions for adult characters and I will be checking in on your stories if you decide to share them with the site. Krista

Hey CJ, I really have fallen for your Anthology. It really flowed and I'm terrible at short stories I think they're way more difficult to write than continuing novels. The two characters were cute and they were both cute and innocent. A happy ending to a summer romance is what people desire right? The "up-beat" personality of Trevor made him so likable. I can't help wondering - after meeting you if Trevor's up-beat personality is how you go about living?? Anyway! I cannot wait to read any other things you post because I have liked what I've read so far.

I have gotten tattoos, but I've gotten them removed. The person below me has Celine Dion or a Cher constume in the back of his or her closet.

I absolutely have to be listening to music while I'm writing. Everything else becomes a distraction from it. I also have based stories from lyrics I've ran across or songs that I've listened to. So i'm driven by music to write. I wouldn't even attempt to write if I wasn't able to listen to music.. lol

Well what I like to read is different from what I like to write as well. When I got to buy a book or read a story on Nifty or here I look for the Sci-fi or fantasy type stories. I am picky when it comes to those though. Character development is extremely important to me as well so when the world around the characters overpower them in the story then it doesn't interest me. I could never write either of those, but I am a huge fan of them. I write Romance, coming of age, coming out dramas. They're based on realism and detailed accounts of a character's life. To me those are easier to write and are easier for writers as well as readers to connect to. So that's why I write them. If I ever really wrote a sci-fi or fantasy I probably would love the unrestricted feeling. I just don't think I could create a whole different world or universe.

Well my three gay friends were the ones that wanted me to write. They said the needed something to get into that wasn't so, "Will and Grace," so it was their pushing me to write that started my Homosexual based fictions. I have let my other friends read the stories (even a boyfriend) and they all took it pretty well. They didn't realize that there would ever be sex in them so that surprised everyone. They've stopped reading now though so now my audience is the people on this site and the Nifty readers... lol. Anyway, I would never let anyone in the family read them. I haven't even let on to my family that I am a writer, but I'm new when it comes to writing (Only been writing for 3 years) so that's the reason behind that. When I become more comfortable I'll show my older sisters and brothers. As far as my mother goes I'd probably never show her. Then when my younger brothers and sisters are at an older age I'll show them as well. Krista

Hi Cj! It took my awhile, but I finally read your anthology story and it was cute. You captured every high school grad - future college freshman's desire to get out and live a little in the middle of teenager - adult. And I am so with you on sex scenes.. lol. I've wrote a few in other stories, but I'm so apprehensive about doing it still.. haha. I'm so glad that you're motivated to continue writing... looking forward to reading you on eFiction.. Krista

Hey, That's something to think about really. I already do have a lot of chapters wrote for this story and hopefully the believability of Charlie comes back. I mean I like writing realistic stories so I'd really have to think about this story. It is an older story. But anyway, thinking is good for me it keeps me fresh and inspired.. lol So thanks for the feedback.

Hey, I'm pretty new here. I joined about two days ago I think. I do have three stories posted here, but eh. I really do like this site and I like that eFiction is like a large open spot where everything can happen within the site. Like no outside emailing or waiting for a chapter to be added and such.
