The cemetery was almost unnaturally quiet. The air moved gently through the trees, carrying with it the faint rustle of leaves and the distant cry of a bird. The private grounds were beautifully maintained, every grave surrounded by trimmed grass and carefully arranged flowers, but there was something haunting about the serenity. It was the kind of silence that made every footstep sound louder than it should. Julian pushed Aiden's wheelchair slowly along the narrow pathway, his hands f

😂 You want the woman bleeding like an idiot -
Aiden lay motionless on the hospital bed, staring at the ceiling as the soft beeping of the monitor beside him continued at a steady rhythm. He had been awake for some time, but he had barely moved. Every time he closed his eyes, his mind dragged him back to that abandoned building. He could still remember the darkness, the flickering light, his mother's trembling voice, and the moment everything had changed. He remembered holding her, believing that perhaps, despite everything that had hap

Chapter 31: Aiden seeks Julian's help and his desperation builds
vanalas posted new chapter in THROUGH IT ALL
The room seemed to shrink around them. Julian stared at Aiden for several seconds, unable to reconcile the person standing before him with the man he had known for years. Finally, he exhaled slowly. "What are you doing here?" Aiden swallowed. "I told you. I need your help." Julian's expression hardened. "Did Sofia send you?" Aiden immediately shook his head. "No." His voice was barely audible. "I don't even know where she is." Julian frowned. "Wh- 9 comments

Chapter 30: BLOOD, LIES & RECKONING
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 30: BLOOD, LIES & RECKONING
Sofia cannot escape now, Arthur is already on her case and you know how dangerous that man is. And now that he's out for blood, let's see if she can outsmart him -
Chapter 30: BLOOD, LIES & RECKONING
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 30: BLOOD, LIES & RECKONING
That's a good question ⁉️ Where is Sofia and what's she gonna do? I'm glad that she we finally get to see her being known by what she is -
The interrogation room had begun to feel smaller. Not because the walls had moved, but because time had. The fluorescent light above Sofia's head hummed with a faint, irritating buzz, casting a cold white glow over everything—the metal table, the two chairs, the dark camera mounted high in the corner, and the woman sitting perfectly still beneath it. For what felt like an eternity, Sofia had been answering the same questions. And every time, the answer was exactly the same. She ha

Chapter 29: The Truth That Buried Us
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 29: The Truth That Buried Us
Hopefully we're not dealing with someone who knows how to hide evidence very well, if she didn't destroy it already 🤞 -

Chapter 29: The Truth That Buried Us
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 29: The Truth That Buried Us
Sofia is cunning, calculating and very deceitful So we get to know that the man who was stalking her at that time was actually Aiden's father and she killed him in that abandoned building. At least, that's one mystery box we've opened but how many does she have? -

I dedicate this song to Robert's regret and Julian wishing he had more time with his father. Goodbye, Robert Hayes! 😭 -
A few weeks ago… * The office had long surrendered to silence. Only the muted hum of the city beyond the glass windows and the occasional buzz of fluorescent lights filled the room. Robert sat behind his desk, one elbow resting against the polished wood as his fingers pressed firmly against his temple. Another headache. Another relentless one. His eyes remained shut as he slowly massaged his forehead, hoping the pounding would ease, even if only for a few minutes. Everything

Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?
Exactly. No one would have thought she'd do such a thing, hats off to her. I don't think Arthur knew, you know how particular that man is about blood and blah blah blah, so if he did, he'd have sent that woman and her son into oblivion. At this point, time is ticking and we don't even know for who. We know she's capable of murder, she's murdered two men already -

Thank you so much. But let's give her credit, the way she was acting, the grieving widow, the fainting... who'd have thought it was her -
Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?
I feel like Robert would have been alive had Arthur been such a good father, but he knew about him having a child outside his marriage for years and supported it. Now he has to live with those consequences so I can say it serves him right for being such a bad father -
Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?
vanalas commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?
I am not even say I am surprised. You always ace such things, but you weren't too sure, right? Arthur is gonna flip, like a literal heart attack, stroke all in one package. Aiden is gonna die knowing that his mother is a murderer and the man that he was fighting Julian for wasn't even his father. It now makes sense why Robert gave Julian such a large cut of all his properties. But at least, he left Aiden a ka percentage -
Chapter 28: Who killed Robert Hayes?

My dedication to this chapter, especially as Julian sits on that table after seeing that video -
Julian returned from the kitchen carrying a glass of water, his movements slower than usual, his mind still struggling to settle after everything that had happened over the past few days. Every answer he found only seemed to uncover three more questions, and somewhere beneath all of it was the growing fear that they were running out of time. He stopped in front of the woman seated in Dean's living room and offered her the glass with a small smile. “Here.” The woman looked up warml
