The wait is killing me lol

Davis was the guy Shane had with him at the bar after the game. Donovan has tried, but no where near the effort Shane has put in when Donovan is upset. Neither one is totally right or wrong...

Hooray, they both heard each other! One small step...lol. I did notice that Donovan, while listening to Shane after yelling at him, did not ask why Shane stormed out before or who Davis was. I think he doesn't see too far beyond himself. I also notice that it is Shane who is generally the one to go to Donovan when Donovan is upset, but Donovan did not go to Shane when he was upset. Shane stayed calm and explained and Donovan listened. For these two characters, I think that is major progress. I think it matters that, after explaining, despite wanting a different result, Shane leaves without any argument when Donovan asks him too. As I said before, they need to accept each other, respect each other, and listen to each other. I do think despite his gaffes, Shane has shown Donovan more consideration than he has been shown. Alle gives solid advice.

Great chapter...can't wait to hear Shane's explanation. Donovan has every right to be pissed, but as I commented before he tends to give as good as he gets. The heart wants what the heart wants, but both of them are going to have to accept and respect each other. At this point, I think that is an issue for both of them.

I am dying for the next chapter 😀

Did not see that coming from Shane at all...I bet there is a tremendous backstory to Shane's reaction last chapter and behavior this chapter because how he was with Davis is completely off from how he has been so far.

Donovan really needs to develop the ability to think about someone besides himself. Shane has proven he will put in the effort to right his wrongs when he upsets Donovan, but Donovan doesn't seem as willing. He seems like a "see it my way" only type of guy right now.
