Um, I was all in until suddenly Kelius was declaring Ansar as his lifemate and then Sindri and Gonuret were declaring their love - both of those situations were jarring since you hadn't said anything about instalove being a part of this world. I hope I'm not coming across as a jerk, I was just expecting a slightly slower pace of attraction growing into love as they got to know one another. I'm still super interested in finding out what's going on with the planet and seeing how all the couple's lives go...😊 And silly question, what does a Lunare do? Are they just the Solare's lifemate or do they have an actual job to do? -

Um, I think the fact that Kelius has been "sneakily playing around" with Ansar should definitely be something he tells Sindri about! Hello! Super important decision about whether or not to tie himself to a guy who's an asshat! Holy cow I'm so invested in this story 😂 -

So far I'm liking Gonuret because of the flower (ok, we haven't "met" him yet, but it was a sweet gesture) and Emyve for speaking up for better behavior (just realized we haven't "met" him either! Heck, maybe once we do they won't seem as great?) Definitely not a fan of Madhal, I mean vain much? And I don't care how respectful-ish Kelius is, he's not above being petty and starting fights, not so sure he's make a good lifemate. Gah! I can't even image having to choose a person to spend my life with after only a couple of hours of talking to each of them! I'm so hooked now! Glad I gave it a few chapters. While the prologue was ok, the first chapter was kinda hard to follow. -
This was a fun little story, with enjoyable characters and a nice ending

Ah, glad you explained, I had thought the same thing... Also, I don't like Simon all that much - I think I was influenced by Fin's hatred for him.... and I know you explained in a comment in the other book that he eventually comes to consider Simon a friend, but he just seems skeevy to me... Even though Zeth is portrayed as a player as well, he comes across much more respectfully towards Winter. Big fricken deal that Amshel begged - so did Penni and Renke had enough respect not to take him then and there on a bed... much less on a hallway floor where anyone can, and did, come across them...

I read this story even though I had the tiniest bit of hesitation because of the warning of non-consensual scenes, but since I've loved each of the other books written by @HinderToyBL I was willing to give it a try - and once again I was sucked into the amazing world they created! These are some awesomely creative and talented authors! I'm glad I read it and can't wait to see what happens in the next book.

This was the first story I read by @HinderToyBL and I fell in love quickly with the characters and the amazing world they created. I lost sleep telling myself over and over again, 'Just one more chapter!' I'm a big fan of gay harem stories (which are kinda hard to find) so I was already primed to like it, but the depth of details even in side stories, the interesting use of gods and goddesses from Egyptian mythology, and the fact that there isn't any male pregnancy (which gets kinda old, at least for me) means that this book and these authors rank among my favorites. I'm a rereader of books I love and l know I'll be rereading this one in the future for sure...

I can't recommend highly enough this book! The characters and world are so well written that I fell in love with them. So far everything I've read by @HinderToyBL has been beautifully written - and filled with hot men doing all manner of deliciously wicked things to each other. If you're a fan of gay harem stories definitely check out this one!

Many thanks again for sharing your talents with us! Great epilogue that nicely wraps up everyone's lives up to this point and gives us a truly satisfying look at Fin and Alistair's consummation of their love. I just wanted to let you know that while I very much appreciate you offering me the option of reading the story without the details of the rape, I preferred reading it as y'all wrote/intended it to play out because I know from your other works that there would be happiness in the end, no matter what your characters needed to do to work towards it.

So angry and sad and hopeful all at the same time. Holy crap, poor Fin! And Alistair! This is going to be so hard for them, but they do have an amazing amount of support for both of them once he's finally rescued. You guys have an amazing talent for writing characters that are easy to fall in love with and forget that they aren't living breathing beings, but this is one situation where I'm glad to remember that they aren't... Even though I know things are going to work out, it just hurts to know they hurt 😥

I was very worried going into this chapter and I hate what Fin went through... I'm glad that he wasn't physically in the full sense of the word raped, but he was still emotionally (and to a certain extent physically as well) raped. I'm so glad he had such great friends there to find him, heal him, beat up that crapcracker Dale, and get him to safety. And I'm so glad that Alistair seems like a legitimately good guy, doing what he needs to to bring Fin comfort

I loved the slow buildup in introductions, it would have been way to overwhelming to just bring them all in at once... The story is so immersive that I was afraid Pip's parents wouldn't be able to get over their fear and then so relieved that they were supportive in the end.
