Really have enjoyed your work. Came across it a number of years ago, late in the original books run. Currently I am rereading your novels; I have just finished the orginal nine. Again truely a touching and often emotional (highs and lows) ride.
Who do I identify with most, that would be Josh, I share much of his world view and like him is now a retired educator. Favourite character, tougher, toss up between Ricky, Graham, Cody, Andrew and Jessie. You gave true depth to them and all of your characters. Most powerful moment, either the Cody storyline or how Jessie started to talk.
Thoughts and questions, where is the book set? Figured out towards the middle of southern Pennsylvania, but could you be more specific? How often is Cody and Graham still in contact? And speaking of Graham, where is he relationship wise, part of my head cannon has him still in a relationship with Cody, and that is why you have not placed him in an relationship. Would love to see if possible more interplay between some of the local brothers like Brandon and Cole. At times, seems as they are more forgotten than even minor characters like Peter. Would enjoy some subplots envolving some of the other mrmbers of the family. Do find it interesting, that of the orginal group of sons, except for the 4 couples, non are in a gay adult relationship. Any reason for this choice.
