Poor Seth 😢. I’ll never understand why someone can think they are better than someone else or can hold such hate in their sole, if they even have one. Hate is so exhausting. Why can’t people understand how much easier it is to live and let live than try to force their beliefs on others.

I love Clyde’s! Though I haven’t been to the Georgetown location in while. We do have dinner frequently at the Alexandria location, much easier to park 😉 The entrees are delicious and they know how to make a proper Old Fashioned 🥃 😊 I’m so glad CJ has loving parents in DC and that they embraced the addition to their family. And the military boy sounds hot and just like in most of my erotic dreams he was rudely interrupted before the good stuff happened 😞

Another thrilling book and with such a unique theme. I'm left with wonderful new memories and a new appreciation for the difficult and demanding work of a fireman. I very much enjoyed getting to know Brandon, although, I was not very happy with his attitude toward my Ethan at times 😉 I was hoping to find out why Brandon was abandoned to humans. There has to be a story there. And I so miss the fetish gear parties at our local establishment. Unfortunately, Covid took out that venue and nothing has replaced it yet ..hopefully.

Wow, what an emotional rollercoaster ride! Fantastic tale into Dorians life. His death was totally believable probably because that’s how you initially intended it to be and I was prepared to accept that. I was blown away with his survival and perfectly implemented too! Thank you for sharing his story. I can’t wait to get to the next book!

I very much enjoyed this time with Chris. The progress he’s shown working through his demons and the acceptance from members of this pack again highlights the best of this world you created. I think everyone deserves a second chance and I love when that chance is cherished. I would love a part two diving into their relationship especially with their leather kink 🥰 I do love the scent of leather and have a candle or two that I love to light when in the mood. I also have a leather scented body wash that’s amazing from leatherstock that I hope will attract my true mate, but don’t tell my imprinted mate I said that 😉

I don’t write too many reviews of books but after reading the 2 star review here (which I stopped reading after a couple paragraphs when it became obvious to me that the reviewer has a personal grievance with the author and that he had “skimmed” through chapters) that I decided to add my two cents having actually read every chapter. If you’re looking for an entertaining, well written story with a thrilling plot this is the story for you. It’s an adventure about true love with just the right amount of romance (with kink :), suspense and fantastic battles. The dialog is sophisticated, the characters are relatable and the theme of compassion and acceptance has me wishing that I could live in the world this author created. Simply a 5 star read and looking forward to experiencing the other books in this series.

Wow! A very powerful and sad chapter. I feel Chris’ pain and it brought tears to my eyes. Such a tortured sole. I didn’t want to feel bad for him after what he participated in but I do. He’ll need to confront his victims before he can heal.

Okay, one of the most, no, the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever had the joy of attending! From the gifts, and I especially loved the Egyptian symbolism, to the beautiful firefly dance, just amazing imagery! This line had me in stitches! “After many years, we’ve finally gotten that bastard dragon from Scotland to stop poking his head out of the loch for pictures. I’m glad Ethan got to finally see his dragon 🥰

Once again your magic left tears in my eyes, twice, first with the execution and then the healing of that poor boy. There’s just something about Ethan that touches my very sole. ..and I wish Ethan could ‘touch’ all elected officials. I think most could use a correction, lol.

Love love love the playroom and the way Ethan was introduced to it. Aiden must have been working out hard all week to sweat up all those jocks, lol. Glad there was no “St Andrews Cross” always thought those were a bit too sadistic or ritualistic. And there’s nothing wrong with a little piss play. In this case it just another form of submission, much like bottoming which they both share.

As soon as I read “How many lights do you see?” I immediately thought about that STTNG episode! I’ve must have seen every episode a dozen times. Just never grows old. Battlestar Galactica was my favorite TV show as kid, even though it only lasted one season. I have those on DVD. Never got into the new series though. I just couldn’t get past Starbuck, my youth crush, as a female and the weird camera movements annoyed me. I loved the exchange between Aiden and Jean-Pierre. Very much reminded me of Jean-Luc and Gil Madred. Excellent dialogue and imagery!

Absolutely thrilling battle! I loved see Ethan kick some ass and the two of them together..wow. I’m so glad I found the story and author!
