Great chapter as usual! I was just a little surprised that Cal hasn’t really talked about his relationship with Alan. He seemed so sad about not being with Jordan, that I figured he might at least check in with Alan to see where they stand. Or maybe I was reading too much in it while he didn’t care that much? Or was he just trying to make Alan jealous? If so, I think he definitely pulled it off!

I think that Alan was a little insensitive in pressuring Cal into porn without really considering his feelings. That’s not just any job. It also seems Jordan is the most mature out of that group. Cal could be upset with his decision, but I’m not sure what exactly he was expecting. Maybe he should reflect and realize this is what he should have done from the beginning. Being in two kinda relationships almost never ends well, and most of the time, everyone ends up hurt.

Either Alan hasn’t told the truth or he has been a player all along. But the timing of everything makes me think there is more to his side of the story. First, Cal fucked him and while he was still trying to process it, Cal decided to go on a date with someone else. Of course, this does not justify that Alan fucked Brandi, and more importantly, did it without protection. This is a textbook example of how to screw up a relationship for both of them. Oh wow... what a twist. Alan seems more insecure and fragile than he let on. And just as he is trying to make some sense out of all this, Calvin drops the news that he's going on a date.
