But where? Who would you give that responsibility to? Think about what you're asking for. You'd give somebody the power to decide what people can or can't say or sing about. It's censorship, and it's never a good thing.
We're members of a community that would suffer horribly under censorship. What if nobody can talk or sing or produce movies about being in a gay relationship, because honestly, who wants their kids exposed to that?
I agree, it's not a nice message, but Lacey's spot on. People need to be able to both voice those feelings and be exposed to them, because how else do we learn or cope.
