    "He Knows"

Caleb stirred, his gaze immediately locking onto Ryan's empty bed beside him. Outside, the darkness prevailed, no light seeping through the window to disturb the night's cloak. It hadn't even crossed his mind how naturally he had sought the double bedroom and not his father's room as a sanctuary after coming up the stairs. And how could he not? The thought of nestling next to his father after what he had witnessed in the cabin's living room mere moments ago was enough to turn his stomach inside
  4. You know. 😉
  5. Maybe let the story answer that... Hope to see you on the next chapter.
  6. It's safe to say, you definitely know me...
  7. Take some bottled-up emotions and feelings, had sprinkles of post-adolescence rage, and a lot of booze, and weed. Then, blend and shake it. Ta-dah!
  8. Thank you for giving the story your time!
  9. Exactly what I was going for.

  11. Caleb and Ryan's lives as only children have been turned upside down by their parents' surprising romance and whirlwind marriage, plunging them into a world of unexpected challenges and shifting dynamics. As complete opposites, these two young men are caught in a tug-of-war following an unplanned weekend getaway with Caleb's father. What begins as a reluctant trip transforms into a bonding experience neither saw coming, but both desperately needed. Can they find common ground amidst the chaos?
  12. The bedroom was a shrine to chaos, its corners littered with sneakers, half-read books, and an inexplicable number of snack wrappers. Two twin beds sat against opposite walls, separated by a battleground of clothes and a shared nightstand cluttered with chargers, water bottles, and a few rogue game cases. The match was tense on the screen: Barcelona versus Manchester City in a heated FIFA showdown. On the left bed lounged Caleb, 18, his back pressed into a mound of mismatched pillows. His

  21. "What's your name?" the voice asked. It wasn't a polite or casual question. It was asked with an undercurrent of need, an unidentified yearning. Luka paused, his fingertips suspended over the smooth cotton of the pillow he'd been fussing with. A silence stretched between them as he lifted his gaze to meet the source of the voice. His eyes, a captivating blend of gold and brown, glinted in the dim light and held a certain mystique that hinted at a wisdom far beyond his tender age. "Does
  22. It's a pleasure to share them!
  23. Beautifully put!
  24. Thank you for following this tale and these characters, @Ethan2181 Regarding Bishop, I don't think it's a matter of "straight" or "gay" life. I think it's more about respecting the life Bishop chose for himself. Is he 100% happy? Maybe not. Is anyone, really? At the end of the day, it's about finding happiness in what we choose and accepting what we let go of.
  25. As always, it's a pleasure to read your feedback @Musclejunky and I'm humbled and grateful for the way you've always championed my work. Thank you ❤️
