"Tether Of Yearning"
CasualWanderer82 commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in "Tether Of Yearning"
Not gonna lie: I've been placidly reading the visceral reaction some seem to have to this story with amused curiosity... -
Nicholas found himself driving aimlessly through the deserted streets of Seagull's Bay. As he navigated through the labyrinth of streets, a tumult of emotions raged within him. Feelings of rejection, overwhelming loss, and a profound, gnawing ache that consumed his very being. The recollection of Marcus's cold, streaked face haunted him as he watched him turn away. The boy's rejection stung like a betrayal, even as Nicholas understood it might have been driven by the boy's need to protect him.

"Fianchetto (Part 3)"
CasualWanderer82 commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in "Fianchetto (Part 3)"
Thank you, Pal! -
The door closed behind them with a heavy thud, sealing Nicholas and Marcus in a world of their own. The kitchen, filled with the heady scent of weed, quickly wrapped them in a cocoon of desire and secrecy. Nicholas's heart pounded in his chest, the thrill of transgression emanating from Marcus's proximity. He couldn't remember the last time he'd felt so alive, so consumed by lust and longing. Marcus leaned against the counter, his smooth-toned arms flexing as he opened two beers. He handed

"In The Shattering Of Things"
CasualWanderer82 commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in "In The Shattering Of Things"
I wish for nothing more than to elaborate on your insightful analysis @Danners but I wouldn't want to spoil what's to "cum"! But I can say this: Nicholas, of all my protagonists to date, is by far the one with the most unconventional story arc. A challenging character to write and definitely worth every minute I spent with him. -

I always try to make each one of my stories unique, not just in terms of storytelling but in the tone. Normally, I always encourage my readers to give the story and the characters a chance. That being said, It's okay @Craigy to resonate more with some stories than others. It's totally fine if you're not feeling the vibe! I'm working on Chapter 7 of KOM at the moment, so hopefully I'll have something to share soon. Happy readings! 📚 -

It's all in the tags @Cane23 I'm not trying to sell meat to vegetarians 😜 I know people are excited about KOM but I'm taking my time with the new chapter. Seagull's Bay is finished and it'll probably be uploaded in its entirety around the same time "Pawn" returns. -

I appreciate the feedback @peter rietbergen and your specific criticism is duly noted! I tend to use the terms in my stories but I do acknowledge (now that you've said it) that they might not be suitable for "all" narratives. Thank you. I'll definitely try and do some editing regarding it. -
Nicholas slowly stirred, his eyes adjusting to the soft light as he turned his head, seeing Beth sleeping soundly beside him. Her chest rose and fell in a gentle rhythm, her features relaxed. But as he looked upon her, a sharp pang of guilt shot through his heart. The lingering memories of his escapade from the previous night clung to him like a dark cloud. Try as he might, he couldn't shake off the heavy burden of remorse that now bore down upon him. The vision of Marcus writhing in pleasu

"What Does That Say About Me?"
CasualWanderer82 commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in "What Does That Say About Me?"
Seagull's Bay is definitely not your usual run-of-the-mill vacation spot. More to "cum" later today! -
Nicholas stirred from the realm of dreams, his senses subtly reviving to the gentle symphony of waves rhythmically kissing the shore. The seagull's cries pierced the stillness, signaling the beginning of what promised to be another day veiled in a monotonous routine. His gaze drifted to the worn-out nightstand clock marking 6:30 a.m. The early morning hour was kept by silence, broken only by Elizabeth's rhythmic breaths. She lay in peaceful slumber beside him, her body still bearing the ev

Nicholas fanned his eyes open into the night's deep abyss, the room suffused in an almost tangible darkness. Only a whisper-thin string of starlight dared to invade, piercing through the minuscule crack where the heavy bedroom window had not quite met its frame. He exhaled a sigh that seemed to echo the very weight of his existence, his deep-set, dark brown eyes staring unblinkingly at the shadowed ceiling. His right hand absent-mindedly reached down, fingertips grazing against his throbbin

Despite Nicholas Bowman's seemingly peaceful life, he is deeply unhappy. However, everything changes when, during a family vacation, he meets Marcus, an enigmatic young waiter who forever alters his life.

Dear @Craigy every once in a while, a reader writes something that encapsulates what I write and why I write it. Your comment is such an instance. Sure, my stories may seem at times to dance on the edge of realism. Specially with this story I wanted it to feel like a fairytale of sorts. A dream. But the characters emotions are very real, and on a human level relatable to everyone. Thank YOU for reading and for allowing yourself to dive into these journeys with me. Trust me, I got your back. P.S. Funny coincidence, a friend artist/illustrator recently asked me to adapt one of my earlier stories. Let's see if something comes of that. Who knows, maybe we'll have the opportunity to see that happen with more of my stories in the future. -

Such a beautiful comment @Cane23 thank you. We're supposed to feel conflicted about Bishop's choices, as much as he does. He's flawed, as we all are. Pawn is back. And I for one, missed him. And I'm eager to give him ALL my attention and love! 😉 -

We had to take this journey with him in order to understand where he was at this point in the story. There's healing to be done now. -

The car thundered along the desolate coastal road, its engine protesting under the exhilarating strain as Tanner drove it to the edge of adrenaline. His knuckles clutched the steering wheel, pale against the darkness of his mask, a mere shadow of the rage that simmered beneath. River sat tense and alert in the passenger seat, his mask perfectly concealing his anxiety as his eyes flicked nervously between the winding road and the turmoil erupting in the back seat. Omar was hunched over Andre
