I'm 100% onn Heath's side on this one. Aidan is just being childish and thinking about his own problems while dismissing others. There IS something fishy about his company. If he spend more time thinking than trying to please an old man who can pretty much be a homophobic indeed he would understand that. I understand Aidan's motives to feel upset, but I also understand Heath's reasons to help Aidan in the promotion. This is not a fair world, this one we're living. And that's even worse on the corporative world. It would be beautiful if everyone would get reconized by their potential, but it's not how thing's work. If Heath could ensure at least Aidan can have a chance to show his competency, I don't see why not. -

Aidan's boss is an asshole. Exactly what I would expect from a corporative brat, to be honest. I'm pretty sure this kind of control he wants to exert over Aidan's private life is abusive, and if it's not, it should be. I'm even a little disapointed with Aidan for just go straigh up with a lie about his relationship with Heth, although I totally understand his reasons to lie. Anyway, Aidan would be a lot happier out of this company, for sure lol

I mean, don't get me wrong. Safe sex is super important. But damn me if the scene didn't become 100x more beautiful because of the meaning, feelings and intentions of both of them doing bareback. I mean, I understand Aidan's reluctance on accepting Heath's feelings as this whole situation is a first for him. But he could at least give It a try about Heath's feelings. Aiden's boss.... that's a walking deffinition of dumb. This chapter solidifies in myself that I'm probably would never do good working in an office. It's already too stressful working in goverment relations(also in an office but not this kind of office hahaha). I hope Aiden think about Michael's offer for a job for him, probably it's something that would do very good to both of them. And Aiden is just THAT friend you can count for anything hahahaha. Well, for Aiden "almost boyfriend" is a more accurate term at this point.
