    They're just based on statistics... Average rates, rates of change, fluctuations, inflation, etc. I'm sure that things like accidents, variations in location and population density, increases / decreases, and other year to year, day to day differences. I found it quite illuminating, thanks for sharing it! Matt

    Oh man that's gross. It's sad that productivity and profit are taking higher priority than the comfort and well-being of the customers. Thank God for plastic cups .

    All I can say is WOW Mike. Your story was so deep, so emotion filled, it really impacted me. I've never felt a story tug at my heartstrings so heavily, with such a thick, real, heavy hitting plot. I really do hope that you continue on this one, and continue on for a long time it's one of the best, if not the best story I've read at this point in my life. I wish you the best of luck, and thank you for absolutely making my day! So cheers to one of the greatest stories out there :]. -Matt
