Finding Ground - 1. Where are you?
I know you’re out there babe,
Our heartstrings are slowly pulling us together.
We don’t know who we are,
or what we are becoming,
but I’ll always be here,
I can only hope you’ll be the same.
You may be strong and stubborn,
I will probably be bossy and rude,
but please know,
I just don’t know what to do.
Would you tell me what I want?
Floating through life,
never having an anchor.
I’m sorry,
but I'm drawn to you.
Would you be my rock?
Thanks again to Frosty for "editing" and hopefully this is the first chapter in many more to come in Finding Ground.
