About this story

Arlo has died. But not all death is an end. Torn from the River of Souls, he is given an important task by a mysterious lich, and granted a new lease on life.
When foes appear to return him to his rest, his mission and his life are jeopardized. Can Arlo survive the Pharasmin Church long enough to see his quest finished?

This story is pulled from Paizo's Pathfinder: Rise of the Runelords. Spoilers for that Adventure Path appear here in detail. This story contains graphic violence, suicidal ideation, and other gory things.

This is a truly amazing adventure story, but I would advise caution, if you can't put up with blood, gore and plenty of other horrific things.

We catch up with Arlo, who has already suffered once. As he sets off on the adventure of a lifetime to complete his quest.

Along the way he find friendship and much more. As he finds him self in many a battle, against enemies he couldn't defeat on his own

You need to read on to discover more about Arlo and his friends.
