Surrounded by the Darkness Series: 3. The Legend of the Red Star World: The Legend of the Red Star
About this story
The young heroes leave Five Hills behind, embarking on a journey to the distant Misty Isles to uncover the red comet's secret. Their guide, the charming yet treacherous Renn Tauganei, harbors dark intentions.
Meanwhile, Franz's adventure in Eastern Andiol takes an unexpected turn, the Monteilons seek power in Dimalos, and the vengeful Jolanda makes an irreversible choice. Behind the scenes, Marshal General Vondau weaves his own web of intrigue.
In the end, many will realize how weak one person is when the Darkness rises - first it encircles its victims, then it strikes without mercy. The death offered by the Darkness is never easy.
Once again, adventure, suspense, and the complexities of relationships await. In addition to the experiences of the teenage protagonists, the focus increasingly shifts to intrigue and how ghosts of the past emerge to influence events. As the book’s title suggests, the atmosphere gradually darkens, yet there is always hope for something better. Warning: as the story progresses, there will be violence, character deaths and some sexual content.
