I found Carter’s Asset to be a great story, with the characters developing naturally as the story progressed. At the beginning, I struggled a little to keep track of the various characters and how they all fit into the storyline. However, as I continued reading, everything gradually fell into place, and the plot became much clearer.

The ending was particularly interesting, and I hope Andrew and Will’s stories will continue in future installments. There is certainly scope for further character development and new storylines.

Excellent growth and development of the plot, with an intriguing ending!

Will and Andrew face the greatest personal and professional challenges of their lives to date. Will as the HR director is seeking to merge his firm with another if the firms both agree. Andrew is starting out as a just hired lawyer with some duties concerning Alistair Merrick's holdings

Peter and Jason reside in Will's townhouse and have a tormented passionate life. Will is the calming influence on them and Andrew. The dangerous element is Merrick who seeks to destroy the merger and keep his control on the law firm for his nefarious purpose. Merrick uses people to attempt to destroy Will and Jason with defamatory material

The story unfolds at a fast pace with surprises and dirty tricks and twists. People are changed and lives are lost.  Andrew rises to the demands for solutions and assumes a new role. You will see why people have grown and defined themselves in new ways. Keep an open mind.
