Fascination - 1. Chapter 1
Time and space seemed to stop,
my world coming to a halt.
My heart beats into overdrive,
thumping harder,
faster,
than ever before.
Starting at my toes,
I can feel my blood pulsing,
through every nerve,
every fibre of my being.
Muscles twitch,
trying to wake up,
attempting to move,
held down by invisible bindings.
My eyes glaze over,
staring unseeing into oblivion,
white blinding light slowly fades away,
until darkness takes over.
