An old man reflects on his past, remembers his partner and lover, and realises a dream.

The only warning needed for this short story is a tissue warning. lol. :)

It's a harsh world that we live in, but every now and then, there is something that can lighten the darkness. This story, is a warm telling, of two people who grew to love each other, and found comfort in each other. Highly recommended.

Response from the author:

It's something I'd love to do for real not just in a story, I'm happy that you enjoyed it. 😊
