Just Stay Another Day - 1. Chapter 1 : Leaving...

Anastacia :

Wish you had stayed, and not gone away,

Wish you had at least said that you love me,

Before going away and come to me and let me say:

Just stay another day, for me please,

Just stay another week, why leave in a hurry?

I'd keep you close and hold you tight,

And never let you runaway.

The reason you gave, was not a reason to runaway,

The reason you wrote was, to get away.

To get away from all the trouble and all the pressure,

but all you did was runaway from happiness,

and took mine away.

Didn’t you care enough for me? Or love me at all?

To at least come and see me?

To at least tell me that you're going away?

Just stay another week, don't just leave like this.

Just stay another month, I promise things will get better,

Just stay another year for me, for the tears you bring to my eyes,

Just stay with me forever, and I promise to make things ok.
