Summer's too Cold - 1. Prologue
There was a tension in the air, as the only sound to be heard was the rustling of papers. The room was dark, as the curtains were drawn. I looked around as I put my pen down; my arm hurting as hell. Ugh. I hate exams! I'll be sooo relieved when schools over and summer begins. which is exactly.......
RING!
now.
A sigh of relief spreads around the room. It sounded like burning hot iron was plunged into freezing cold water. the teacher came around to collect the papers. She collected the last paper. She slowly walked to her table. Too slowly. Agonizingly slow. Every step of hers was torturous. Everyone stared at her with murderous eyes. She sat down in her chair. Got out an elastic band. Wrapped it around the papers. Twice. Put them in her bag.
"Go", she said.
And then started the screaming...
