A Spanish soldier deserted and is caught in Tangier by the Moroccan police. He is sent by train to Casablanca and put it in a jail for three weeks.

The Spanish soldier had a sexual connection with a young black African during a Friday night with the jail full of people. They were all packed tightly, like sardines in can.
