A collection of selected poems written by Razor during his early teen years.
My poetry, unlike my prose, is not so much for entertainment purposes. When I write prose, I keep the audience in mind, wondering how they’ll react to certain things, if they’ll like something, what will keep them interested, etc. However, when I write poetry, it is mainly introspective, difficult to interpret, and almost completely for myself. So please, go easy on my poor little poems. I know they’re not miraculously well written, profoundly eloquent, or really all that good. If you said that about my normal writing, I’d probably cry. If you say that about my poems, I’ll just nod my head, give an “uh-huh”, and go on with life, because these poems weren’t written with the intent to entertain. If you do happen to enjoy them, though, I’m happy for you.
