At the End, there will be darkness
Between the flickers of hope
Between the cries of mercy
There is Time
Remember heroes who gave their last full measure
Remember villains who gave their final solutions
Through the halls of great men and women
Through the graves of victims and conquerors
There is Time
Love we show to those in need
Hate we show to those of greed
Above the ruins of bombed out cities
Above the relics of sacked treasuries
There is Time
What if there is no more Time?
What if postponement of action is at an end?
A necropolis lays before us
Its victims’ cries can no longer be heard
Because we believed there was time
