My daughter told me I sparkled. She was brushing my hair at the time, so I figured she was commenting on the little bit of gray that's started to show in the dark brown. She said it wasn't gray, it was silver. Her thought was that ordinary, dull people get gray hair. Kick ass, full tilt crazy people get silver. I can live with kick ass, full tilt crazy. And I'm keeping the silver.

See, the little icon Mark chose sparkles too! It's becuase he thinks of you.

 

One of the funniest conversations I've had lately is explaining to this guy at work, only two years older than I am, that no, he's not getting blonde hairs. Those are grey ones. As someone slowly working my way up to full streaks of grey, I'm in a position to identify them.

 

Next time I saw him his hair had been died a deeper brown.

Ohh, if they're silver, you should definitely keep them. If you have enough, you can melt them down :)
